Huntlands Farm
About us

family run working farm
A comfy stay in the English countryside with freshly prepared, local food to enjoy
Huntlands Farm has been in the Brodie family for many years and it continues to be run as a working farm by Lucy, Stephen, John (Lucy’s father) and their family.
Our primary herd is of beef cattle, with a growing number of Longhorns and a few sheep. The farm is also home to ponies, donkeys, pigs, chickens, geese, cats and dogs.
About Stephen & Lucy
Your hosts are a custom upholsterer and a passionate cook so you are guaranteed a comfy stay with freshly prepared, local food to enjoy.
A passionate cook, Stephen offers delicious, traditional English fayre as well as exotic Caribbean cuisine. His full English breakfasts are popular with our Bed & Breakfast guests, and Caribbean feasts are a popular option for all our guests, giving you a break from self-catering.
We are committed to offering high quality, local food: our cattle supply beef and our chickens their delicious eggs. We grow vegetables and make our own preserves. Other meat, milk and bread are all sourced from local producers less than 5 miles away
Huntlands Farm is an ideal base for Lucy’s popular upholstery courses, run from her garden workshop. Why not join her and upcycle an old piece of furniture to create your own masterpiece?
Lucy and Stephen welcome you to join them for a relaxing break in their friendly home.
